In
case the Baltimore City Police

internet, here is a mirror of the now famous internet broadcast. This
man was
arrested apparently for no good reason. The SWAT team surrounded his

funeral joke, and stay out of my uterus except...

Ron Paul University of Maryland
College Park Speech
2012-03-28 17:25
GMT -04:00
I
attended Ron Paul's UMDCP rally tonight March 28th 2012 and caught the
tail end of his speech on my cell phone. Apologies for the quality but
you can at least hear what he's saying. I didn't think to record to my
cell phone until it was too late. I did get video of the first 10
minutes of his speech which I'll post a link to later.
Wow,These
know-it-alls like to blab on and on about anger management. Well maybe
if things weren't so messed up those of us who have our eyes wide open
wouldn't have anything to be angry about. Did you ever think of that
one you know-it-alls? And that leads us to this weeks show. Liars and
scoundrels who deserve a little roughing up are the main topics of the
show. Namely George Zimmerman, Governor Martin O'Malley and
1-800-LESS-GAS.
Topics this week include Trayvon Martin deserves justice, O'Malley lied
about the budget crisis, orgasms direct sperm traffic, Tide theft, are
voter IDs racist, MD judges get their pay increase,
1-800 LESS GAS is a fraud, and HDNet's Concert Series.
Stay angry my friends,
Adam
All Caught Up!
2012-03-15 06:00
GMT -04:00
Wow,
it's the middle of March already? Time is flying man and the weather is
already HOT! I'm stoked because I'm FINALLY caught up with shows and I
hope to put one out on-time next week!
As always there's lots of interesting things to be said so download 'em
now.
Keynote 2/29:
The Walking Dead, how to build a stronger immune system, challenge
a-holes to boxing matches, the "racist" ESPN writer/editor and
non-sexual sexual innuendos.
Keynote 3/6:

strip our first amendment rights, natural gas vehicles, and officer
Stephanie Mohr.
Keynote 3/13:
Hate crimes, Doritos Locos Tacos, deaf woman hears for the first time
(link), the law enforcement legal defense fund, where did Winter go,
oil speculators, sleep, vintage porn, U.S. Army Sgt. Afghanistan
killing spree, chicken hawks,R.I.P. Lulzsec/Anonymous, the hero pit
bull, office clichés I
despise*, pro-life protestors win lawsuit, Obama signs anti-protest
bill into law, and end daylight savings.
You know I just realized after years of abbreviating the show's file
name that it should have been rark NOT rarkn the whole time. Keynote is
ONE word not two! So the acronym is RARK. Oh well, eff it I'm going to
keep filenaming it incorrectly!
Also a weird thing happened. I think for the first time EVER two back
to back shows have the exact same length. That was definitely NOT on
purpose and it will probably never happen again.

Better Late Than Always
2012-01-08 17:30
GMT -05:00
Hey, the shows are out late but at
least they're out!
"Occupy
Wall Street is just a bunch of hippies camping out." Umm...not really
but thanks for being an ignorant bastard. Find out the truth in this
week's Keynote show.
Self reflections, flying kites, casual relationships, Faking It Radio
kicks ass, my role on FIR, honesty is good, how Shelli helped me,
death, lack of love life balls, school personality vs. family/friend
personality, things are going to change, finding my career soul mate,

THE KEYNOTE IS BACK!
2011-11-30 03:04
GMT -05:00
The
Rants and Raves Keynote is back and with a vengeance. Never have I made
a show so hateful, vulgar and anti-government than this one. And it's a
beut for that reason and more!
As noted during the show the Keynote is now apart of the FIRE
Broadcasting Network. And I am
a board op/co-host on Faking It
Radio. So lots of new content now and in the future!
My
friend Mike joins me on this episode of the Rants and Raves
Infrequency. We cover a lot of topics including (but not limited to):
Marriage/pregnancy,
“poor” people buying out the
bar, cigarette prices, 12/12/2012, do hot girls have more STDs, MILF
message
board, taking action, Maryland DREAM Act petition, weddings, shooting
porn at
Maryland colleges, Mexican food, the hot
hostess at Aldo’s in Little Italy, Maryland Toll Hike, government debt
ceiling,
social networking, hygiene/body odor, Mike’s sailboats, Adam is an
uncle, being
fat, cougars, and the origin of va-jay-jay.
Man With Shotgun Destroys Speed Camera
Van's Windshield
2011-07-10 14:07
GMT -04:00
Got
a quickie Keynote show for you all. Some old redneck looking man
smashed the windshield of a speed photo enforcement van while holding a
shotgun. So I just NEEDED to comment on it!
Also, I don't think the Like button is working but the comments
are. Strange...

Finally thought to add a Facebook

TWO New Shows
2011-07-02 15:38
GMT -04:00
I've got two new shows for you. And they're HUGE!
First, an interview with a man who is accused of planting a phoney
destructive device (aka a bomb) in front of the old courthouse in
Towson, MD. But that really is just a microscopic tidbit about the man
known as "Shorty." Have a listen to this fascinating interview:
The other show is a "lost episode" of sorts. It was done and ready to
be uploaded back in February but I just forgot all about it. Silly me,
eh? It's an important show in that I discuss the direction this show
has and will head. Listen now.
Something I Realized...
2011-01-05 19:07
GMT -05:00
Happy New Year!
Somewhere in the time this internet show went on hiatus I realized
something very important. Talk really is cheap.
Interviewing people is great. Getting their story out there is great.
But complaining about stuff really doesn't do any good.
Action does.
Bitching and whining wastes breath. And in the interest of energy
consumption I think it's the way to go. This is the direction the show,
in a different capacity and name/crew, is headed. Less talk and a lot
more action.
2011...it's time to get effective.
-Adam
P.S. Acacia still hasn't sued me yet. I'm waiting!!!
First Amendment Rights Violated by
Balt. County Gov't
2010-12-23 20:35
GMT -05:00
All I wanted to do was protest the court. On principle I did not want
to request a protest permit because it is our right as Americans not a
priviledge to have freedom of speech and freedom of peaceful assembly.
But I wanted to avoid any hassles with the police so I applied for a
permit.
The permit office was taking their time getting back to me. So I called
them about 2 weeks after I mailed the application. Approval was being
held up because of the location: the courtyard of the Circuit Court. So
I asked where I could legally protest. They never got back with me.
So I decided to do it anyway.
Yep...that's one thing I've been up to. Merry Christmas and Happy New
Year!
Josh Dowlut was gracious enough to come to the studio and lay out his
knowledge of the case and illogic surrounding the case. We also
discussed Baltimore politics in general. Good stuff...you will learn
something and get angry.
If you're a resident of Baltimore and would like to voice an opinion,
send a letter to
Joan Pratt, Chair of the Board of Trustees
City of Baltimore Employees' and Elected Officials Retirement System
7 East Redwood Street
Baltimore, Md. 21202
If you weren't able to make it to the protest here are two videos I
shot of some of the festivities:

New Shows for February
2010-02-01 23:35
GMT -05:00
Yes, you read that right. SHOWS...plural!
It's been way too
long since I've recorded a show and today I did two. Two interview
shows. Look for at least one by Wednesday and the other next week.
Cool?

Happy New Decade!
2010-01-04 07:35
GMT -05:00
2010. Twenty-ten. Yay!
I am looking forward to recording a
Keynote show within the month to update you on everything. I have been
very busy for a long long time, which is obvious by the lack of
updates. If you're still checking out the site shoot me an email or
find me on Facebook.

Owning on Rock Band Drums
2009-09-09 04:00
GMT -05:00
I'm not sure why I never posted this here on the site. It's been on
YouTube for over a year at this point. Maybe one day I'll re-release it
in HD but it's got a decent amount of views at this point:
Rock Band Beatles is out today. W00t!

Update, 2009
2009-09-08 06:00
GMT -05:00
Just to let you all know, on behalf of the crew, we are all still alive.
Aaron
is now married and has a pug. He works A LOT and just recently
purchased his first digital SLR camera. He loves it almost as much as
his wife.
Adam is single and gained a bit of weight. He needs to
work that lard off and soon. He'll FINALLY be shooting his TV pilot
within the next two months and hopes to not go to jail too often
because of it. He's also working on about three other projects and
having a court battle with a lame company.
Chris is married and
finally got back to playing guitar on a regular basis. If you're
working on some music projects and you're in the area he may be able to
help.
Greg is married and in the Coast Guard. He's deployed somewhere...
Lindsey
has been blissfully married for about three years now. She is still
pretty much the same cool girl you know from the shows.
Todd was
living in Los Angeles for a time and was in Baltimore recently. I heard
he was in Detroit or Chicago doing a writing thing.
We all
still keep in touch but are just all too busy to make a show. Rants and
Raves (obviously) has been put on the backburner and that's sad because
we recently the 11 year mark. Stay tuned though because you just never
know what will end up on this site...

Three New Videos
2008-12-14 21:52
GMT -05:00
A million thank-yous to YouTube for going HD! It's IMO the best out
there and that's incredible considering how big a site like YouTube is.
And so because of that here is a re-release of the new Piece of Shit
Races episode and two new videos from Matt Pless....all in high
definition!
It's an old expression and is not
necessarily racist. My great-grandmother used to use that word all the
time. She never said "blacks" or "African-Americans"...it was always
"colored people" or "coloreds". Perhaps Miss Lohan picked it up from
one of her relatives and that's just how she normally describes black
people?
The
media need to get lives. No wonder this country is in the shitter if
this is what is considered important journalism. For Christ's sakes the
girl is HAPPY that Obama was elected! I could understand if she took a
pot shot at Obama and used that word but she didn't. Wow...way to blow
things out of complete proportion you morons.
Hey
"journalists"! Stop treating things like they're colored and
white...there's a lot of gray area when it comes to the English
language. Oh wait a minute, did I just say, "colored"? I guess that
makes me a racist now...
But
hold on. Now I'm really about to make all of these political
commentators/journalism degree holding punks look like morons. This
rant has mostly been my opinion up until this point but I have a BIG
fact to help me out.
I ask you this: "What is one of the
biggest pro-African-American organizations in the U.S.?" The NAACP. And
what does that stand for? National Association for the Advancement of
COLORED People. I rest my case.
For the record, white people are peach. Black people are brown. And
everyone who gave Lindsay Lohan's interviewer crap for not questioning
what Lindsay said needs to SHUT UP!
-Adam
My Take on the Elections
2008-11-04 21:40
GMT -05:00
I'm putting this up a little late and unedited but hey...whatever.
The long awaited second installment of the Piece of Shit Races is now
up. You can see it on YouTube but I'm really loving Exposure Room so
here's
an embedded video for you all:
It's technically the first Rants and Raves show ever to be shot in high
definition so there 'ya go. If you follow the above links you can watch
it in all its HD glory. Big thanks to Danny and his friend for helping
out with the shoot. And Greg for playing host at the last minute.
-Adam
Baltimore Music Conference
2008-08-23 15:05
GMT -04:00
TI was one of the many videographers at this years 4 day Baltimore
Music Conference event. Musicians, seminars and lots of other cool
stuff. One of the best things I saw were a band named "Zoi Rose." It
consists of a female lead singer, female drummer and two guys on either
guitar.
To me they were the best act at Rash Field last Saturday and were just
simply amazing.
Here's a video from one of their performances that I shot:
If you click on the title link below the video you can watch it in
HD if you're computer is fast enough. Enjoy and if you like Zoi Rose's
music go to myspace.com/zoirose.
-Adam
The Real John McCain
2008-08-25 04:03
GMT -04:00
This isn't one of our own videos but it's a very important one. It's a
great compilation of how much of a liar John McCaine has been on VERY
important issues.
Maybe it's Alzheimer's but I doubt it. If this punk gets into
office...I'll whine and cry about it online.
Peace.
-Adam
Tenth Anniversary!
2008-08-23 15:05
GMT -04:00
Today
Rants and Raves celebrates its tenth anniversary. This all was started
back in August of 1998, right before the Crew started high school.
Pretty crazy huh?
To be honest I don't have anything special to
put up here. What I can say is there are still a few shows left to be
edited and released that may be up within the month. Also I am
currently developing a TV pilot that will be shot next year so look out
for that.
Peace.
-Adam
Finally the Show...
2008-08-20 00:11
GMT -04:00
Two
updates in a matter of days! How can this be?!? Well...it is. Finally I
can release the show I've been waiting to release to everyone!
I
spent a little under six months of my life acting as the engineer for
Matt Pless' new album Alarm Clock Time Bomb. It was my first time
recording/mixing a full band arrangement and it was fun at times and
really frustrating at others. If you've never recorded music before
you'll never know the true emotional rollercoaster everyone goes
through but that's the gist of things.
In this episode of the
Infrequency you'll get to hear three tracks off Matt's new release and
also hear about some of the behind the scenes of the album. Matt we'll
explain the man on his album cover, his life as a working musician and
other random things. I've broken the show into three parts to keep the
sound quality relatively decent.
By the way I turned 24 today. And happy belated birthday to Todd!
-Adam
BIG NEWS
2008-07-09 16:35
GMT -04:00
First,
the smaller news. I have an almost-finished show ready for release. I
just need one segment and it will be up. My computer doesn't have that
file and I'll be getting it by this weekend.
And now, THE BIG NEWS.
I bought a camera.
That's
right...I got myself my dream (at least for now) camera...the Sony
PMW-EX1. It's an HD camera that can shoot in all kinds of modes, do
slo-fast-mo and it uses no tape. Any shows we do with this camera will
be put on the HD-capable vimeo.com
along with standard def on YouTube. My house has become a real
multimedia powerhouse over the years.
Recording studio? Check.
Photography? Check
Video production? Check.

New Stuff Coming Soon
2008-06-18 02:45
GMT -04:00
Just
so you all know I am NOT dead. My photography business has been taking
up most of my time lately and prior to that I was recording a music
album with a guy named Matt Pless.
One of the "new stuffs" come
out is the interview with him and of course a few of his new tracks are
going to be on the show. I engineered and mixed the record so it would
be interesting to hear some comments from everyone once it's out. And
of course if you like what you hear you can buy some mp3s or the record
from http://myspace.com/mattpless
Other
"new stuffs" include shows that I recorded this past February and a
show with Aaron and me that was recorded....oh...over a year ago! WTF?
I don't know I'm just lazy like that I guess.
I
tried to be productive. I really REALLY tried my best but the planets
did not align for me. Stuff was breaking left and right, I couldn't get
my errands finished because places closed. Grrrr...I don't know if I
can sleep well tonight after this stress and I need to get up early
tomorrow.
Damn it.
Any way, you get to hear me in a angry yet calm (due to not wanting to
waking up the neighbors) tone in the new show.
Now...for
me back to more stress. Maybe I'll just call it a night and
evercise/watch TV. Yeah...that sounds good right about now.

Why You Shouldn't Buy Bluray
2008-02-07 06:30
GMT -04:00
Over
this past Christmas season I purchased an HD DVD player for my family
to enjoy movie in HD. While it's not without its flaws (slow bootup
time compared to standard DVD, player locks up with scratched discs)
when it works it works EXTREMELY well.
Bluray Disc profile 2.0 movies are going to be released in the next few
months and may
not be compatible with older players.
Older players that cost consumers hundreds and sometimes (for the early
EARLY adopters) thousands of dollars. Sony reps have this "I don't give
a crap" attitude. So you know what I say? If you are thinking of
investing in a high def player, go HD DVD like I did.
HD DVD is
a complete format. All its players offer upgradeability. The format is
equal in every way (picture and audio quality) to Bluray. It's cheaper
to buy ($150 for a Toshiba HD-A3) and cheaper for disc manufacturers to
make (which means lower cost discs sooner rather than later with BRD).
HD DVD is the superior format. And heck, if it weren't for HD DVD all
of you Blu Ray owners may still be seeing the crappy mpeg-2 HD video
that earlier titles used.
And since HD DVD is region free, you
can import discs from other countries that are Bluray exclusive in the
states.
As one person put it, if the studios were format neutral BRD would be
dead in the ground right now. But because Sony is being anti-consumer
and paying off movie studios left and right, they have the dominate
format.

The Media are Still Ignoring Ron Paul
2008-01-25 00:56
GMT -04:00
Since the mainsteam media unabashedly are STILL ignoring Republican
presidential candidate Ron Paul, let me mention him again. But this
time let me give you several reasons, courtesy of this website
as to why you might want to vote for him.
------------------------------------
He
has never voted to raise taxes.
He
has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He
has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He
has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He
has never taken a government-paid junket.
He
has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
He
voted against the Patriot Act.
He
voted against regulating the Internet.
He
voted against the Iraq war.
He
does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He
returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S.
treasury every year.
Congressman
Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year,
probably more than any single member of Congress.
Congressman
Ron Paul (R-Texas) is the leading advocate for freedom in our nation's
capital. As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Paul
tirelessly works for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free
markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. He is known among his
congressional colleagues and his constituents for his consistent voting
record. Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed
measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution. In the words of
former Treasury Secretary William Simon, Dr. Paul is the "one exception
to the Gang of 535" on Capitol Hill.
Ron
Paul was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from
Gettysburg College and the Duke University School of Medicine, before
proudly serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force during the
1960s. He and his wife Carol moved to Texas in 1968, where he began his
medical practice in Brazoria County. As a specialist in
obstetrics/gynecology, Dr. Paul has delivered more than 4,000 babies.
He and Carol, who reside in Lake Jackson, Texas, are the proud parents
of five children and have 17 grandchildren.
While
serving in Congress during the late 1970s and early 1980s, Dr. Paul's
limited-government ideals were not popular in Washington. In 1976, he
was one of only four Republican congressmen to endorse Ronald Reagan
for president.
During
that time, Congressman Paul served on the House Banking committee,
where he was a strong advocate for sound monetary policy and an
outspoken critic of the Federal Reserve's inflationary measures. He was
an unwavering advocate of pro-life and pro-family values. Dr. Paul
consistently voted to lower or abolish federal taxes, spending and
regulation, and used his House seat to actively promote the return of
government to its proper constitutional levels. In 1984, he voluntarily
relinquished his House seat and returned to his medical practice.
Dr.
Paul returned to Congress in 1997 to represent the 14th congressional
district of Texas. He presently serves on the House Committee on
Financial Services and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. He
continues to advocate a dramatic reduction in the size of the federal
government and a return to constitutional principles.
Congressman
Paul's consistent voting record prompted one of his congressional
colleagues to say, "Ron Paul personifies the Founding Fathers' ideal of
the citizen-statesman. He makes it clear that his principles will never
be compromised, and they never are." Another colleague observed, "There
are few people in public life who, through thick and thin, rain or
shine, stick to their principles. Ron Paul is one of those few."
May
05, 2007 Ron Paul Wins MSNBC Debate Poll
Highest
Positive, Lowest Negative
In
the MSNBC.com rating window of 72,419 votes at 8:10 PM EDT, Friday, May
4, Ron Paul not only had the highest positive rating:
32%
Paul
30%
Romney
26%
Giuliani
21%
McCain
14%
Huckabee
9%
Brownback
9%
Tancredo
8%
Hunter
8%
Thompson
6%
Gilmore
...but
he also had the lowest negative rating:
29%
Paul
35%
Romney
37%
Huckabee
40%
Giuliani
42%
McCain
43%
Gilmore
43%
Hunter
45%
Thompson
45%
Tancredo
46%
Brownback
-----------------------------------
With
all the good platforms, large financial contributions by INDIVIDUALS
and other positive things about Ron Paul, why do the media continue to
marginalize this man? It's absolutely sickening to me how much power
these television companies have over politics but the reality is that
they do.

OMG an Update for 2008!
2008-01-20
01:22
GMT -04:00
There hasn't been a new show uploaded since last April. And that's just
sad, really. That's exactly the time I started my business so it makes
sense but there's still enough free time in my life to do at least one
show.
This
stuff and more is addressed in this MONTH's Keynote. I am going to try
and put out one episode of the Keynote a month and every once and a
while...if I'm lucky...do an Infrequency show.
2007
was an awesome year for myself and a number of the crew. Hopefully 2008
will bring more to the show but I wouldn't get my hopes up. As much as
I want to dedicate time to the show it's just not one of my priorities
in life anymore.
I will be shooting a new short
documentary at the beginning of the month and possibly edit the Piece
of Shit Races Episode 2 soon as well! I sure hope!
And you thought you'd never see it again! Yep, over the weekend we
taped the second Piece of Shit Races match. This time, we did it in
high definition....w00t my nerdy brothers!
Here are some still grabs to whet your appetite until I finish editing
it (which could be a while but could be soon, I really don't know!):
Stefanie and I continue our discussion on the media. We go into detail
about the Channon
Christian and Christopher Newsom murders, and the Wichita Massacre.

The Media vs. Ron Paul
2007-05-20 02:25
GMT -04:00
Just a couple of months ago when I first heard about congressman Ron
Paul, I loved the fact that he has Libertarian views and is running as
a Republican for president. That's truly the only way to win, IMO. I
didn't think he stood a chance. But now I do.
But, since his views....although as Conservative as can be (and isn't
that what Republicanism is all about?)....are different from "neo
cons", the mainstream media is trying to hide the man that is Ron Paul.
Talk about encroachment on democracy and obvious bias.
The candidate who speaks to the people. The candidate who is fed up
with the way things have been going for God knows how long. The
candidate who actually has some fucking integrity, unlike all of the
other two-faced, backstabbing, backdoor dealing lying politicians that
we are all used to. Since Ron Paul doesn't have the money hats and
doesn't follow party line, the media is attempting to obstracize him.
Good luck....the tidal wave has already begun folks.
"Ron Paul, why do you blame Americans for 9/11."
Ron Paul DID NOT blame Americans. He blamed the American government.
BIG DIFFERENCE!
Jon Stewart, the man who went on CNN's Crossfire and stuck it to their
hosts...barely a whimper about Mr. Paul during The Daily Show's
coverage of the GOP debates. Hmm...who is doing theatre now? That's not
to say it's Jon Stewart's fault, but the powers that be are obviously
at play here.
To support Ron Paul, I will mention him every chance I get. I am going
to re-register as a Republican so I can vote for him. And I urge all of
you to do the same. Even if your beliefs are liberal in nature...if you
want someone who wants to get the government off your back and perhaps
keep some more change in your pocket...vote for Ron Paul!

Intelligent Discussion on The Media
2007-05-15 22:46
GMT -04:00
During the last show I read an article by Stefanie Williams about the
murders of Channon
Christian and Christopher Newsom. Well...she is Rants and Raves' newest
guest!
We discuss many things, from the media black out, journalism, Al
Sharpton & Jesse Jackson, women issues, and many more. There
isn't
much humor in this show, but there is substance.
I'll release the rest of the show on Friday. Also...sorry the site was
down all weekend. Let's just say GoDaddy sucks and I'll leave it at
that.

Smoking Ban in Baltimore
2007-03-04 04:00
GMT -05:00
I've never had a tobacco product in my life. I find the smell of
cigarettes disgusting and I know that it's a horrible habit. Littering
via smokers...don't get me started. HOWEVER, I think that the new
Baltimore City smoking ban is bull shit.
The mayor said, ""The good health of our citizens should not be left to
choice." Umm...yes it should. Are you gonna ban fast food next?
Actually...NYC is on it's way with their ban of trans fats. Now the
food up there isn't going to taste as good.
Stupid people are bad for my health. More often than not they are the
ones who pick fights and cause property damage. Let's ban them. Let's
ban cell phones because they MIGHT cause brain tumors. Let's ban motor
vehicles because smog is a MAJOR health concern in Baltimore. There's a
lot of cancer going around this area...and I think pollution may have
something to do with it.
Computers aren't good for your health either. They make you get poor
eyesight and can make you fat and lazy. LET'S BAN THEM TOO!!!!!!!
Also, the last time I checked, one of the principles of this country is
FREEDOM. How can we be the land of the free when businesses can't allow
their
guests to do a legal activity inside their PRIVATE PROPERTY? Huh? Land
of the free...indeed.
Come January 2008, I will walk into City hall and light up a fake
cigarette. I want to make a point...but not at the expense of my
health.
By the way...new shows coming soon!

War Has Been
Declared
2005-10-19 04:22
GMT -04:00
I am waging a war against this lame ass company
that is talked
about in today's show. Acacia Technologies Group is a company that
specializes
in taking advantage of our government's broken patent system and
extorting
money from major companies. Basically, they acquire or file vague
technology
patents and then wait for the technology to be developed before they
come
in and file lawsuits. They don't have to put millions of dollars into
researching
how these technologies will actually work, or the man hours/brainpower
spent
to develop this stuff...they just brainstorm vague concepts and
viola...instant denero.
Apparently Rants and Raves (and therefore me, Adam
Reuter)
is infringing on one of their patents. Their Digital Media Transmission
patent...which
basically states "the transmission and receipt of digital audio and/or
audio
video content via a variety of means including the internet, cable,
satellite,
and local area networks. Elements of the DMT® transmission
process include
a source material library, identification encoding process, format
conversion,
sequence encoding, compressed data storage, and transmission." Source
That would make me a patent infringer dating back
to August
of 1998. I was a juvenile delinquent and didn't even know it! OH YEAH,
I
FEEL PROUD!
So, the war is on. I want Acacia to file a lawsuit
against
me, Adam Michael Reuter. You know how to get in touch with me
(1-206-339-RARS).
Or if they try to get me to pay their shitty licensing fees like they
did
for porn sites, I'll shove the bill straight up their arseholes.
If they get through my wrath (good luck), I then
want them
to file retroactive lawsuits against every single other webshow out
there.
Then I want them to file lawsuits against every Podcast that is listed
on
the following websites:
When they do this, they will make their gravest
mistake. Because
A. I'm poor. and B. I won't back down without a fight. I have about
$300
to my name and no group of assholes are going to get it. Not Paul R.
Ryan,
not Robert L. Harris II, and especially not Robert A. Berman...I heard
that
guy steals money from the Salvation Army Santas.
Here are some links if you're interested in
reading up on these punks:
Funny
thing is, if you've ever sent an JPEG or GIF image file to someone via
email,
you've violated their patent. Or if you've sent someone an MP3 file,
legal
or not! INFRINGER! CRIMINAL! HOW DARE YOU????
And after all, Rants and Raves has always needed a
tagline.
Indeed was old and not desciptive enough...this new one seems to suit
the
site just fine.
MP3s from September have been deleted off the
server and knocked off the RSS feed.
